Cybex VR3 Back Extension

Description

Build lower back strength with the Cybex VR3 Back Extension. This selectorized machine provides dedicated training for the spinal erectors through a supported, seated movement.

An adjustable foot brace works with the contoured hip pad to stabilize the pelvis, helping users focus on the lower back during each repetition. The curved lumbar support and padded upper back roller support controlled movement, while adjustable starting positions allow users to customize their setup.

The pin-selected weight stack makes resistance changes convenient between sets. A silver frame, enclosed weight stack, and blue upholstery give this machine a distinctive appearance for any strength training area.
